THINGS TO DO
Please see below for a list of some of our favorite spots in and around Newport.
Cliff Walk
Beautiful four mile walk with the water on one side and Gilded Age mansions on the other. You can get on at Memorial, Ruggles or Ledge Road.
Ocean Drive
Take a drive along the most beautiful of roads overlooking, you guessed it, the ocean.
Second Beach
Best public beach in Newport. Take our word for it and don't go to First Beach.
Sachuest Point National Wildlife Refuge
For those into nature and animals. Also overlooking Second Beach, Sachuest Point contains a series of walking paths.
Harvest Market
Ian’s locally sourced market serving great coffee, sandwiches, and more.
Wald & Sea
Family owned and operated, they have a great selection of decor and gifts.
International Tennis Hall of Fame
Honoring both players and other contributors to the sport of tennis, the former Newport Casino, includes a museum, 13 grass tennis courts and more!
Newport Mansions
The Elms and Marble House are favorites, but there are nearly a dozen old homes maintained by the Preservation Society.
